worries galore
i went to health services today to get my eye checked because it was swollen when i woke up this morning. while i was waiting for the nurse, i picked up a couple of pamphlets on things like eating disorders and post traumatic stress syndrome. there were checklists to help people diagnose themselves, and i must admit i was creeped out that i could say i'd been experiencing almost all of the symptoms! i was concerned about my eye when i walked in, but i walked out more concerned about compulsive eating and post traumatic stress...health services isn't very good at alleviating worries it seems. i should really start watching what i eat while i'm studying...
the swelling's gone down thanks to beeooteefull warm compresses! =)
on another note, we keep hearing noises inside the walls of our suite. rosalyn says it's mice...just chalk it up as another thing to worry about!

mice are fuzzy and cute. they taste good too ;)
Hey, it's Allison. I totally agree with those pamphlets. All those depression signals
- Have you lost interest in going out?
- Have you been staying in a lot recently?
- Does it take a lot to make you happy?
I have all of those. But those are so misleading. I bet most university students have all those symptoms and more, if not, I'm in BBBBIIIGGGGG trouble.
